Our apparel generally runs true to size, but we understand that everyone has their own preferences for fit. We always recommend that you take your favorite shirt or hoodie, measure it, and compare those measurements to our size chart found on the product page (you’ll also find instructions on how to measure it).

To keep your shirts, hoodies or tote bags  looking great, we recommend turning them inside out before washing with cool water. For best results, air dry or hang dry your garments from Bone to Print. If you prefer to use a dryer, you can tumble dry on low, but be aware that dryers may cause shrinkage and could potentially damage the print.

Please avoid using bleach, as it can harm the fabric and the design.

For ironing, always iron inside out to protect the design. 

You’ll find specific washing instructions on each product page to help you take the best care of your purchase.

Our shirts are pre-shrunk and most are 100% cotton, but some may be blended with polyester. While our 100% cotton shirts will naturally shrink a bit over time, the extent of shrinking can vary.

To minimize shrinkage, we recommend air drying or hanging your shirts.. 

Be sure to follow the care instructions for washing and drying provided on each product page to keep your garments looking their best.

We print on Unisex Bella + Canvas 3001 T-shirts. These tees are known for their exceptional quality, combining softness with durability. The “retail fit” provides a modern, slightly tailored look, with a bit of snugness in the sleeves and torso for a more polished appearance. While many colors are made from 100% cotton, some include blends of polyester and/or rayon for an extra touch of cloud-like comfort. Available in sizes S to 3XL. 

We totally understand! Choosing between all those fantastic shirts can be a challenge, and sometimes that little voice tells you that you absolutely need one more (or a few) to complete your collection or to gift a tee to a friend. No worries!

As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet, just reach out to our support team ASAP at customerservice@bonetoprint.com. We’ll do our best to add that extra shirt and make your day even better!

If you’ve ordered one of our featured designs, printing kicks off right after the purchase ends. From there, give us about 2-3 business days to process, print, pack, and ship your order.

Once it’s on its way, you have two shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: 4 to 8 business days
  • Faster Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

As soon as your order is scanned and ready to go, we’ll email you a tracking number within one business day. From there, just sit back and relax—your order should arrive within the timeframes listed above!

While we aim to make sure your order arrives on time, please note that since we rely on outside delivery companies, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times. We also can’t control things like severe weather or service interruptions, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If your order happens to be returned to us, don’t worry! We’ll let you know via email. If the return was due to an error on your part, we’d be happy to re-ship your order. Just a heads-up, though: you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
